Nice looking unit, poor packaging Ordered before Christmas and received as scheduled. However, plastic on front door was cracked at the top by the hinge and a piece fell off while undoing tape to protect it. No sign of exterior damage to the box, but appears due to packaging that it must have shifted inside. Returned for a replacement unit. Next unit received within two days. Opened up and same problem with the second unit. Did not try either one to see if they worked. Returned 2nd unit for a refund. Disappointed with how the…
