I thought it was just a bad filter. Sent it back an ordered another one I bought this filter thru amazon because it was much cheaper than directly through sears. First filter made the water black at first. Figured it was the carbon even though it never happened from sears. It cleared up after purging it for a while. But then the same day it clogged up.
