DEFECTIVE!! My job is operating sophisticated machinery so this was not user error. I was heating water in a Pyrex measuring cup and smoke came pouring out the bottom. What is not to love about it… Have it for sometime already so a review is due here. Its fairly small but very well constructed. Especially if you dont have tons of space in the kitchen. I had a Kenmore microwave before and it lasted me years so I decided to stick to the brand. Let me just say it did not disappoint. I got a fair deal here on Amazon without bestbuy or sear representatives shoving unnecessary add ons. I received it the next day after purchase as I recall.
