LOVE IT⣠I have had this coffee maker for 1 1/2 weeks. I tried to brew a cup of coffee and it wouldn’t drip. I took out the k cup and got a nice cup of hot water, but when I put in a new k cup, nothing came out. It gave me an error message. I went to the internet to look up how to clean this thing.I saw that there was an orange cup you put in the chamber that has a plastic ball in it so the needle can be cleaned. Mine didn’t come with this cleaning device. They sell them for 30 dollars and up…
