Frother doesn’t work and Keurig giving me the run around. It was shipped to me on July 17, 2018. It worked for about a month, and then it stopped making froth. I called the company and spoke to someone who kept me on the phone for more than half an hour. He finally said he would send me a new frother cup. If you have looked at the cup you will know that the cup can’t be the problem. It has a rod with a special washer that slides down to the bottom of the rod. Best investment ever! I ordered this during Amazon Prime Day with the hopes of replacing my aging Keurig coffee machine (wonderful, but about 11 years old). Fun and easy I love a good latte or mocha but I don’t like the price tag or sugar that the flavored ones come with. I’ve tried this with coconut milk and whole milk. The whole milk got a lot of froth, the coconut milk got none. The flavored coffe pods this came with are really good and didn’t require any sweetener.
