Warranty

Our products carry 1 year warranty. In case of malfunction, contact us to start warranty claim. We will either repair or replace it with refurbished or new unit at our discretion. Shipping cost will be covered by us. This warranty doesn’t apply to obviously misused unit that has cracked/broken glass or case or unit that has been exposed to water of fire. Even if you accidentally do break your cooktop, we are still here to help you. Depending on availability we might be able to sell you new glass which should be replaced by trained/certified person. For customers that are not from USA we will provide necessary parts for their cooktops to be fixed.
