Fixed it myself and save a ton I when to the local kirby dealer to pick up a new hose on my very old G4 only to find out they wanted $45.00 for a used one. HOLY COW I just wanted the hose not the whole vacume. the clerk did offer to repair mine for $25.00. I said how do you put the new end on. and Ill just do it myself. she said it was a secret and would not tell me. OK well I went home got on You Tube and typed in Kirby vacume hose repair watched the secret repair technique order the part and for 15 bucks fixed it…
