Finally, a hand-mixer with a slow speed slow enough not to spew flour everywhere! Finally, a hand-mixer with a slow speed slow enough not to spew flour everywhere!My mom still has her very old mixer from when she was a teenager. When you have it on the slowest setting, it slowly incorporates the dry ingredients in. But every modern mixer that I’d bought had such high speeds that even the low would just blow the flour out of the bowl, making a huge mess everywhere. Higher speeds and the turbo boosts were never even needed! It was always frustrating for me to use…
