Super disappointed When I was a kid many moons ago in the early 90s, my mother got a kitchenaid mixer as a Christmas gift. It had a shield that would snap onto the bowl so you could easily pour ingredients into the bowl without shutting the mixer down or risking having your measuring cup sucked into the bowl if you flew too close to the sun.
