Measures up to Vitamix! Measures up to Vitamix! Iâll start off by saying I love KitchenAid small appliances! Their customer service is just unsurpassed! So when I saw this blender I had to give it a try. I have a vita mix and Iâve had it for over 10 years and I love it! Well, what I donât like about it is the container. I wish it was glass and thatâs what I love about this blender. It also has a nicer retro type of style that I really liked. Like the vita mix it has variable speedâs so you can customize the blending…
Heavy-duty construction, utterly stupid controls. This blender makes a good first impression. It looks solid as a tank, with a big and heavy motor compartment. The controls also look great at first glance; they seem delightfully simple: An on/off button and a speed control dial. Ha, ha; how naive of me to think that. In fact the controls will be hopelessly confusing if you don’t read the manual, and you may want to keep that manual (printed on kitchen-unfriendly newsprint paper) handy for reference on less-used functions. And heaven forbid…
