Use it more than we thought! I was a little torn about purchasing this spiralizer because I some of the reviews weren’t the greatest and I wasn’t sure if I would really use it. I have had it for a couple of months and now and really love it. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. My 11 year old son who likes to cook uses it all the time also. What a great accessory for the KA mixers! When I ordered this “gadget” I thought it would just be another kitchen toy that would be used somewhat infrequently, boy was I wrong! Great kitchen accessory — This high quality, stainless steel attachment works flawlessly on our Kitchenaid Pro-5 stand mixer. I must highlight that the vegetables must be at least a medium diameter and firm in texture. I always refrigerate mine for about 30 minutes to keep them firm for immediate use. The spiral strips do come out a bit long, depending on the length of the vegetable used. I compensate this by turning off the mixer when viewing the desired length, cut the strips with kitchen shears, resume processing and…
