Better than a Cuisinart Food Processor as far as I am concerned. Bought this to go along with my Kitchen Aid Mixer. I own two Cuisinart Food Processors as well. I wanted the versatility that the Kitchen Aid Food Processor offered. The shoot on this one is not as big as the one on the Cuisinart, but the overall versatility makes up for it. If I need a bigger shoot I will use my Cuisinart. The slicing disc is spectacular. One blade and you can slice in different sizes just by moving the slider knob on the side. It is just that easy.
