GREAT BUT PREMIUM MODEL HAS LIMITED CHOICE OF COLORS I have one of the standard ones I use to knead bread dough. It works great, but is so big and heavy and takes up so much room on my counter. This new smaller version works great and fits underneath my overhead cabinets on my counter. I can mix almost as much dough in it as in the bigger one, so I am using this one more often than my big one..
