Very Disappointed I am quite disappointed with this mixer in just 1 week of owning it. There are Pros, but I’m not sure those outweigh the Cons.PROS:1) The Power – it does a fantastic job kneading bread dough and I can use my Kitchenaid attachments without it bogging down, such as the pasta press, – my Kitchenaid Ultra Power could not power the press sufficiently and I couldn’t make spaghetti noodles with it, but the Proline 7 qt makes it SO easy!2)…
