OUTSTANDING customer service. This review will STUN you! Going to keep this short and sweet. My wife was gifted this item eight years ago and has used it heavily. Last weekend the off switch broke. You had to unplug it to turn it off. My wife called KitchenAid to find out where the nearest place we could take it to be repaired. For not only the 4.5 but all Kitchenaid stand mixers, ya better have some place to store it! Love this Classic Plus tilt-head stand mixer. It’s short enough that I found a place to store it by simply raising a shelf up 1 inch. And I don’t have hire a fitness trainer to help strengthen my back because the Classic Plus weighs 5.5 lbs less than the Professional I returned to the store.
