doesnt work – no customer service – purchased this in November 2016 for grand kids -they took it out of the box – looked at it and put it up as they wanted to wait and put it in their house when construction was finished. Opened it up this month – burning smell coming from back – no fan noise – no cooling – cant find out how to contact customer service but extremely upset ab out this as one of the kids room has a Cocoa theme- and of course i am shy one month of the one year warranty. Product was a piece of trash and a disappointment This product is absolute TRASH. My brothers and I bought it for my Mom as a Christmas Gift, and the first time we received this product, it was broken at the bottom. We returned it to get a new one, and within 3 months it completely stopped working. The drinks we put in were never cold and sometimes scorching hot, and the aluminum was expanded so much that we couldn’t take the drinks out. Some of the drinks exploded because of the heat.
