impressive We returned the Keurig Rivo that for the 3 time in less than 2 years had issues and went with this. I love it! Simple to use, we got a Secura frother to go with it that we love.The pods are way more affordable than Keurig (50% less) and packed with way more espresso. Both machines together cost a little more than the Rivo, but worth it, and take up less space, not to mention make better espresso & cappuccino. This is a great little machine I went through Italian coffee withdraw after our trip to Italy.This is a great little machine, used over Thanksgiving holidays with a house full of folks. Made Americanos as good or better than Starbucks down the street. Like most items Italian the machine can be a little finicky, once it hits 8 shots the tray needs to be cleaned out to get rid of the blinking red light. My second Compact and itâs different! I recently purchased the compact for another home we have. Unfortunately, the espresso came out luke warm. I have continued to use the machine for over two weeks, hoping things would change. I arrived at our NY apt last night and made a double cap this morning and the glass was so hot that I could barely touch it.
