Easy to replace and worked just fine. The issue might be the seal in the sump not the motor. The seal is part of sump assembly and therefore expensive to replace. I carefully cleaned it and replaced the O-ring that applies pressure on the motor shaft. I coated both the shaft and rubber seal with silicone grease to ease assembly and hopefully lubricate the shaft and seal. If water leaks through the seal the motor won’t last to long. The previous motor failed because of water leaking…
