Chronic failure of fan motor I am not the original purchaser of a new magic chef refrigerator but have acquired three separate units from the original owners. All three units had quit cooling and were offered cheap on Craigslist. Each unit had an identical failure of the evaporator fan motor and each was generally about three years old.
