This seems to be a very good unit. I had the previous model to this … This seems to be a very good unit. I had the previous model to this one, and it died after only a few months. This is the new model that they replaced it with, and it works better. The door closes well, where-as the other one did not. It is a little hard to open, but I found a finger hold under the button that prevents the unit moving when the button is pushed. It has good power, and is quiet. We will see if it lasts! I recommend the extended warranty with any microwave these days.Update…

Works well and heats well I have had it a few months now and it does work well and is very pleasing to the eye. I would prefer a more simple keyboard, too many buttons to push to time cook and to set the power. To set the power you press time cook, your minutes, then press power, press the appropriate number for the amount of power then press start. I prefer the way my old microwave worked by just pressing the power button to set power then the minutes and start. But this one does have express cook, just press a number…
