Wrapped in New shrink plastic Bag. Had SOLID crystallized rock build up inside nozzle. IT NEVER WORKED and parts were missing from the box. The crudd (SOLID crystallized rock) had plugged up the exit nozzle and to see what the problem might be I had the trigger pulled and started to twist open the lid. and of course steam came out the lid and not the spout while the trigger was activated.
