A cheap, inelegant solution – it works, but just barely… It works, but I would not call it an “elegant” solution. It is designed to either hang on an interior door (which I do – my closet door is 1 3/8″ and it fits snugly – that is the target dimension) or to be wall-mounted – it comes with a set of 2 phillips head screws and anchors. It hangs very low but my standard-size ironing board clears the floor by a couple of inches.
