This is a straight ISO standard HEPA filter, no carbon VOC stage This is a better filter than many people might tell you. The European ISO standards for air filtration have many different “grades” of filtration. This filter actually meets one of the intermediate standards. The base standard for HEPA certification is 99.7% of particles as small as 3 microns. This filter is better than that. It doesn’t meet the “Hyper-HEPA” standard of 99.7% of particles as small as 1 micron. It is somewhere in between those two. Bottom line? This is a VERY good HEPA filter…
