As I had hoped The only reason this is a four star coffee maker is because of the price. It’s built cheap with no quality control as evidenced by all the premature breakdowns, but this is my second and it was still working when I retired it although it did have a rusted warming plate. some years for Mr. Coffee 12-cup are better than others, I still buy them you may see my other posts for the coffee pot. when they finally stop working….keep the glass container. We have a few now…and started keeping milk in them,glass is the best.
