Mr. Scrappy MSAS-64 Dual Outlet Air Switch
The Mr. Scrappy disposer air switch is used to operate a food waste disposer. The system consists of and electrical box with two electrical cords extending from the box. One cord is connected to the disposer and the other is connected to the electrical power. The air switch button can be installed through the sink top, the counter top, or inside the cabinet. The disposer is turned on and off by air pressure created by pushing the button. The air travels from the button, through the air tube which is connected to the air switch inside the electrical box.

This was easy to install and worked as expected. The switch fit into what was the sprayer hole. The tube connecting the switch to the unit was easy to cut to size. The only real challenge was attaching the unit to the side of the sink cabinet (screws not provided). The power cord must be about two feet long. which was long enough to allow be to plug this switch into the outlet for the oven which was just to the right of the sink cabinet.The switch works with less pressure than I…
