The package was lighter and smaller than I expected. After unboxing the machine, it seemed to be solidly made. It is very simple to use, easy to refill, and heats up quickly. Due to its small design it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It also looks very nice sitting on the kitchen counter. However, it needs to be just a little higher. Even after taking the bottom spacer out, I cannot fit my travel mug to fill it. Due to the small design, it also cannot fit a very wide mug.The…
