A must have! We own the Nesco Garden Master Dehydrator and absolutely love it. We have been drying fruit and I decided to give fruit leather or fruit roll ups a try. These work perfectly!! I first start by using a very minimal amount of coconut oil to prevent sticking, then I pour my fruit mixture that has been blended onto the tray & evenly spread the mixture then add the tray to the dehydrator and wait. These are great for making leather-type fruit roll-ups These are great for making leather-type fruit roll-ups. I’ve made a few batches using peaches and a little bit of applesauce. On my first batch I tried it out without first wiping a little oil on the sheet (counter the guidance on the instructions). The result wasn’t good, as the roll-ups stuck to the sheet. I next tried using PAM, but that resulted in roll-ups that were too oily. Finally I’m put just a tad bit of vegetable oil on a paper towel and spread it around. Perfect!My…
