NutriMill Artiste Kitchen Stand Mixer (Black Trim)
Why a Bottom Drive? – The NutriMill Artiste comes with a bottom drive that delivers power much more efficiently to the mixing area than tilt-head mixers. This is because, in a bottom drive mixer, the direction the motor is spinning is the same direction the dough hook, whips, or paddles are spinning. Tilt-head mixers need to use gears or other device to convert the direction the motor is spinning. In the conversion process much of the motor’s power can be lost. Much more power in the form of torque is available under load in a bottom drive mixer. The NutriMill Artiste Mixer comes with a 6.5 quart bowl, a clear lid with a sliding window that lets you add ingredients without making a mess, extended length Dough Hook that can grab dough from the bottom of the bowl to mix even small batches of dough, wire whips that can whip just one egg white or 2 dozen egg whites, Recipe Book with all the information you need to get started baking and cooking with your NutriMill Artiste and spatula. The NutriMill has many compatible attachments including: Bowl Scraper – To keep the sides of the mixing bowl clean Cookie paddles Cake paddles Wire Whips Large Slicer/Shredder Ice Cream Freezer Flour Sifter Meat Grinder Pasta Rollers The Artiste is also compatible many attachments for the Bosch Universal Plus including: Stainless Steel Bowls Small Slicer/Shredder Dough Hook

Very Good Mixer Except….. The Kitchen Aid has the Mini and now Bosch has the Nutrimill. This is basically a down-scaled version of the Bosch Universal Plus mixer. Same Bosch company with a smaller base with 650 Watt motor compared to the 800 Watt for the Universal Plus version but still very powerful for the price range. It does work with the same size mixing bowl and most of the attachments for the Bosch Universal Plus (except for the food processor and blender). Really good mixer for the price. The only reason I gave…
NutriMill is the Katz Meow believe me! I baked the largest bread recipe in the nutrimill cookbook and gave a loaf to a friend who runs a care and respite for Senior âs. She asked me if I was for hire the bread was out of this world and she was certain her clients would love having my bread. Now thatâs a ten star âï¸ Plus rating for NutriMill and their recipe. Also my hands are useless for many chores because of Arthritis so this beautiful Dough Mixer has saved me from much pain and dropseyâs. I love that itâs mostly quiet…
