Great, except… Already in possession of several pressure cookers, I settled on this because of its smaller size, price, and reviews, and was willing to try a brand that I had never heard of. My 8-qt Kuhn Rikon is great, but rather large for small batches, and it tends to scorch foods. My Fissler skillet is an odd shape reserved for short-wide items, so it’s not used very often.
