Works great – until it doesn’t I bought a different brand and was dissatisfied, mainly because the temperature could only go up or down 20 degrees at a time. The NuWave Platinum has 5 degree steps and does a much better job of simmering sauces. In addition, the fan is not as loud as cheaper units and the controls are better.
