Not all it’s cracked up to be… I’ve waited to write this review so that I could give a more accurate picture of how this iron performed over the long haul. I saw this iron on F&P ” Love of Quilting” and it was love at first site. Loved the pretty yellow color and the “feet” which would lift it up when I forgot to stand it on it’s end, which I frequently do. Good IRON Gone BAD.7 I loved this IRON, so convenient, today 10-30-17, I sat down at mu sewing are, I had not turned on the Iron, ALL OF A SUDDEN I SMELL SOMETHING VERY HOT. I looked around & saw nothing, I then realized the IRON was no longer elevated. I reached to lift it and it was VERY HOT, at that point the lift feet came down. It worked GREAT.. I bought one of these a few years ago at a Sewing Expo. It worked GREAT … for about a year. Then it totally fried one day. I contacted Oliso, since it was still under warranty, but Oliso wouldn’t do anything, telling me I had to return it to whomever I purchased it.
