Subpar Product Not a good filter. You can still taste the chlorine in the water; the original LG filter that came with the fridge left absolutely no residual chemical taste in the water whereas these filters left significant, bad taste in the water. I am a Civil Engineer and I suspect that the issue lies in the fact that there seems to be a lot less activated carbon in the filters, if weight is any indication. If I cannot return the product, I plan to dismantle one of the filters and determine how much…

This is a great product, at fraction of the cost of the OEM, you get three of these at half the price of a single LG LT700P. These install exactly the same and look the same as the OEM model and they include easy to understand instructions, even how to reset your refrigerator 6 month change cycle.
