BIG hand-held mixer that does the job BUT… I am trying to like this mixer, even though it is a “handful” (big and rather heavy). I do like the slower start, which SHOULD prevent fly-up of the product being mixed. HOWEVER, I have already had dry ingredients fly into the front vent of the mixer, as well as into the back vent…PLUS I even had some liquid additions (evaporated milk) suck right into that front vent. NOT GOOD! I immediately turned the mixer off, unplugged it, then did a series of dips into warm clear water to rinse out…
