It does take a while to cook the rice, but it is worth it!
Don’t waste money We bought this with lots of expectation. Unfortunately, the rice cooked with this cooker tastes different, somewhat giving the texture of broken rice. Visually rice are all curled up and that may be the reason why it has different texture giving the feeling as if rice are all broken half. I will keep this cooker. But it is not worth of spending $500 for this. I compare with the rice cooked in the heavy pan with fire logs, which gives shining and perfectly cooked and shaped rice.PS…
