An Instant Pot accessory I will use often. I bought this primarily to make Sous Vide Egg Bites, as my kids are asking for new egg based recipes often and I had seen recipes I wanted to try in my Instant Pot that required such molds. Finally broke down and bought this–so glad I did! I had silicone baking cups…they work fine for instant pot Starbucks copycat egg bites. Why would I spend money on something just to make my egg bites round? Waste of money, right? After a few times of using my silicone cups, very quickly the silicone started losing some shape and I was fighting to keep the egg batter in them without tipping over and it would get all over my instant pot and counter.
