The top of the grinder can be seen as a little yellow. The top is greased/oiled on purpose to avoid friction. It’s meant to be greased/oiled, without it, the product will heat up very quickly.

Very good Mixer – Indians never buy this one from India and bring to USA. For all Indians who are reading this review: Please donât get this mixer or grinder from India is it a waste of money and energy. Terrible quality Extremely disappointed. I expected better international standard quality. My current one back home in the same model is better. The rubber seal in the smaller medium blender isn’t tight as seen in the first picture, it kept lifting off. My quantity of masala was alright as in the second picture.
