An efficient and convenient mixer grinder finally!! Here are the mixers and grinders I bought and the experiences I had with them,-Panasonic mixer from India (got it converted from 230V to 110V) – Cannot take more load. Takes around 2hr to make batter. Broke within 6 months. Converted mixer is a very bad choice.-Magic bullet – Good, but not for Indian kitchen. This is a post ownership review after 1.5 years of heavy usage. We are from Mangalore in India and use coconut curry regularly. Also make dosa and idly batter at home. This mixer makes a really very fine and smooth paste – whether curry paste, chutney, or idly/dosa batter. After 1.5 years of daily heavy use, still works as good as new. only the chutney jar rubber gasket has started to become loose, perhaps I put it in dishwasher once by mistake, but i can see online it is easy to get a…
I used it only few times in the last few years as this is bulky as compared to US based mixers but it has more power which is needed when are you doing some heavy griding like fresh coconut griding or griding the pulses. I wanted to write this review for so long but wanted to use this mixer multiple times before i wanted to post the review. Even after using it only few times with medium grinding material , the Motor Coupler broke.I really did not have a clue as to why it broke so…
