Everything I tried came out well.Until I received the electric pot, I had no idea that they now made electric ones.Mine is a 6 qt which is more than adequate for us. Love this book! I’ve read it front to back countless times. The pictures are mouthwatering but, more importantly, the final finished product tastes as good as it looks in the pictures. You simply must try the short ribs. Absolutely our favorite. The Swedish meatballs and the pulled pork come neck and neck in second place. I loved the risotto and the other rice recipes.
