Good construction… two BIG flaws. The construction and quality of the parts on this dehydrator are excellent. I think it is probably sturdy enough to last for several years and hundreds of uses. However, it does have two very big flaws… no timer and no ability to set the dehydrating temperature. After researching several websites on proper dehydrating techniques, I have discovered that temperature is very important. If set too high, the dehydrator could ruin some of your foods. This dehydrator has only one temperature…
