Too bad the pot was missing the insert with the gasket! Well, Vivian was right – she was missing the lid insert with the gasket, thus she did not get any pressure while cooking, so, nope those beans weren’t done. I hope she either returned the item or was sent her missing part. I checked out the video on the manufacturer’s site, and did not see any claims for cooking beans in 30 minutes.
