Elegant touch (updated) Instructions arenât the best! The beans in the wall were 2 1/2 inches so the two screws on top could not be mounted into the beams only the bottom middle screw and the screws provided were for concrete walls only but my handyman made it work by buying screws that had built in brackets, not sure what the name was! The hair gets stuck in the fan/motor and burns! I contacted the seller and they instructed me to put a cap on my clients head!! Terrible customer service. Terrible dryer donât buy I never write bad reviews but this has just been terrible. I bought this and it has been nothing but trouble since. Iâve been a hair stylist for ten years. First the arm on this thing is way to long and doesnât extend, so i messaged them wanting to return it and they sent a video on how to get the arm to extend up and down, so i did that and thought it was going to be fine.
