Fast and great cooker for fried foods!!! My cooker arrived as scheduled but I did not get to use it right away as I was on vacation. It was initally a challenge to figure out the wattage and what temperature to use to cook foods, so I started with boiling water in the cooker just to get a feel. It boils super fast when using the default setting 1200w/425F. It took about 2-3 minutes to get a rolling boil. WOW! I boiled eggs next and they came out perfect.
