Great Machine This is our second Royal carpet cleaner. We were very pleased with the first one that lasted several years and this one is an improvement. We have only used it twice, but it seems to do very well at picking up the dirt and dog hair in the carpet. We like the rinse feature, as that seems to help get more of the soap and dirt out. It is also much easier to clean up the machine after use. The soap container is also improved. The only downside we found is that it doesn’t hold that much clean…
I have had other cleaners ( Bissell / Hoover ) This one is best !! Buy this one A bit of a learning curve with the tanks and the cord gets in the way a bit. The cord attaches low and needs to be up higher so you are not running over it. I used a rubber band to hold it higher on the handleTanks are not real big, so you run out of water or fill up the dirty water tank faster requiring more frequent change and the tank fit is a bit awkward with the clamps holding it in placeThe upholstery hose for stairs and such is a bit tricky to install too…
