Part is great, but Samsung is not great. I had to order this part because it literally rotted out due to bad design of the washing machine. Samsung had a recall on the part, which I wasn’t notified of because I had moved. They still had my email and phone number but sent out a letter. After my machine failed, and I contacted Samsung about the problem, they stated Hey we had a recall and notified you but you did not respond. After explaining I had a new address, they updated my info and then said so sorry, the recall ended 5 months…
