Excellent iron for the everyday person… I bought this Iron after receiving a lateral promotion to a new position at work. A position where I would be mostly wearing “Business Casual” clothing, but needed to look professional. For someone who has never ironed a shirt before in his life this was an excellent purchase specifically in the price point, it does everything I need and more.Looking at irons in the store after I bought this one I couldn’t see much difference past the flashy buttons and style design but…

I CHOSE THIS IRON AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCHING AND THE REVIEWS WERE PRETTY GOOD. I LIKE THE FACT THAT IT IS EXTREMELY LIGHT WEIGHT; WHICH HELPS ME ALOT. I JUST THREW AWAY MY ROWENTA, BECAUSE IT WAS WAY TOO HEAVY. THE SMARTEK STEAM IRON WINS HANDS DOWN. I PUT IT TO THE TEST AND IRONED 100% COTTON PANTS AND THEY LOOKED JUST AS GOOD AS IF I HAD IRONED WITH MY ROWENTA. THIS LIGHT GREEN COLOR IS EASY TO READ THE DIALS, ALSO. MY DELIVERY WAS FAST AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I HOPE THIS SMARTEK STEAM…
