Wonderful little springform pan for the Instant Pot Love this little springform pan. I have an “instant pot” electric pressure cooker that I use several times a week. So, I recently found out that I can “bake” in this pressure cooker. That means no turning on the oven in the heat of the Texas summer. One caveat… the pan that fits can only be 7″ or smaller.
