Only 2 things wrong with it when I got it:1) It didn’t work. Wouldn’t cool at all. After 2 days of running the temperature was still 24C or 79 F.2) Handle was difficult to get on as holes didn’t line up properly. Instruction don’t say anything about how to install the handle. Simply reads, Install handle.NOTE: I called customer service. If under warranty you have to pay $50 and the cost for shipping materials to ship it back to them for service.
