This works great. Took a chance on a new model without reviews, but this worked out great. Make sure that when you load it, nothing can protrude through the bottom of the rack. In other words, make sure when you push the rack in, that the spray arm will rotate all the way around and is not blocked. This happened once and my dishes didn’t get perfectly cleaned so I had to figure that out the hard way. I’m so happy to be loading a dishwasher in my tiny home and not doing manual dish washing. fits an NYC apartment quite well. I am a 40-year-old New York City apartment-dweller. I recently came to the conclusion that if I was ever going to become the kind of responsible person who always hand-scubs their dishes after eating, it would have happened by now. Rather, I was lucky to get to them once a week. Gross.This unit has been a godsend.
