Directions for Pot-in-Pot Cooking/Steaming:

Remove stainless steel pans from their handle. Place food in both pans and cover with lid. Place the pans back into their handle for easy removal and insertion of pans. Add one cup of water to the bottom of your pressure cooker and bring to a boil. Place the steamer insert pans set inside the pressure cooker and start cooking.

Tips: The bottom pan cooks little faster than the top pan,thus meats and items that require a longer cooking time are better placed in the bottom pan. You can also make two cheesecakes at once with the two tier insert pans.

Care and Cleaning:

Please wash the steamer pans with white vinegar before using. Do not use steel wool, bleach or strong abrasive cleaners. If you need to hand-wash them, use mild detergents and warm water.
