Tips
1. Before first use, wash the pans in hot soapy water with cloth, brush or sponge. But never use a metal scouring pad or other harsh scourer/powder to clean pans.
2. Ensure that you add water to the main cooking pot and the individual insert pan when cooking solid foods. If the recipe calls for liquid food, like soup or curry, then you may only need to add water to the main cooking pot. But do not add too much water to cover the bottom pan.
3. Food on the bottom stack will cook faster than food on the top stack. Please ensure that you have delicate food (needing less time to cook) placed in the top pan and dense food (needing more time to cook) placed in the bottom pan. For example, pasta or noodles on the top and protein such as chicken on the bottom.
4. You may choose to use either a single insert pan or both insert pans, depending on your cooking needs.

Cleaning and Caring
– The insert pans are dishwasher safe.
– To keep stainless steel shiny, dry the surface after each wash to prevent spotting or iscoloration.
– Never use a metal scouring pad or other harsh scourer to clean pans, which is easy to scratch the surface.
